ErNoz Formula fits kids ages 3 and up, comes with a measuring cup for maximal comfort. Also fits grownups, in the right dosages. A vegan and herbal supplement.

Kids (ages 3 and up): 2.5ml (1/2 a teaspoon), 2-3 times a day, between meals.
Adults: 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) 2-3 times a day, between meals.
